Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Orders damaged during shipping may not be eligible for refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your case, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
International Shipping Issues
In the event your order does not arrive within specified time, please check with your local delivery services. International Packages with tracking are able to claim back a 50% refund of their entire order with proper justification. Packages with no tracking are not able to get compesation.
